1. Nature of the service and role<\/h6>\r\n

I, Thomas, provide advice and consultation related to cars, such as expert assistance with choosing, buying and selling a vehicle.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

I do not act as the seller, broker or party to the vehicle transaction.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

At the customer\u2019s request, I may assist with price negotiations, but I do not act as a legally binding representative, I do not make decisions on behalf of the customer and I do not bind the customer to agreements.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The final responsibility for decisions and agreements always lies with the customer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The service is informative and evaluative in nature and does not constitute a guarantee or binding promise regarding the vehicle\u2019s condition, functionality or commercial outcome.<\/p>\r\n

\r\n

2. No purchase recommendations<\/h6>\r\n

I do not provide binding or legally obligating purchase recommendations.<\/p>\r\n

During the consultation, I may present my personal opinion and assessment of the vehicle, also based on a test drive or an on-site inspection.<\/p>\r\n

The opinions and assessments presented:<\/p>\r\n

  • are based on the information and observations available at the time of assessment<\/li>\r\n
  • do not constitute a guarantee of the vehicle\u2019s condition, functionality or future development<\/li>\r\n
  • do not transfer responsibility for the vehicle purchase decision to me<\/li><\/ul>
    \r\n

    The final decision to buy or sell a vehicle is always the customer\u2019s own.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    \r\n

    3. Customer\u2019s responsibility<\/h6>\r\n

    The customer is always responsible for:<\/p>\r\n

    • the final purchase or sales decision<\/li>\r\n
    • checking the vehicle\u2019s condition, history and documents<\/li>\r\n
    • using an inspection, condition check or another expert when necessary<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n
      \r\n

      My advice does not replace a professional technical inspection, workshop diagnosis or official vehicle inspection.<\/p>\r\n

      \r\n\r\n

      4. Remote consultation<\/h6>\r\n

      In a remote consultation, the advice is based solely on:<\/p>\r\n

      • information and materials provided by the customer<\/li>\r\n
      • digital sources and publicly available information<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n
        \r\n

        A remote consultation does not include physical inspection of the vehicle, a test drive or technical on-site assessment unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.<\/p>\r\n

        \r\n

        5. Test drive and on-site services<\/h6>\r\nIf the service includes a test drive or on-site review of the vehicle, it is a general assessment, not a technical condition inspection.\r\nA test drive or on-site assessment:\r\n
        • does not rule out hidden faults or faults that may appear later<\/li>\r\n
        • does not constitute a guarantee of the vehicle\u2019s condition or safety<\/li>\r\n
        • does not transfer responsibility for the vehicle\u2019s technical condition to me<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n

          The vehicle\u2019s owner or seller is always responsible for the condition and legality of the vehicle.<\/p>\r\n\r\nAny price negotiation takes place with the customer\u2019s consent and at the customer\u2019s responsibility, and does not constitute a binding promise, guarantee or obligation for the service provider.\r\n

          \r\n

          6. Limitation of liability<\/h6>\r\n

          I am not responsible for:<\/p>\r\n

          • faults that appear in the vehicle after purchase\r\n
          • hidden or unforeseen technical problems<\/li>\r\n
          • incorrect information provided by third parties (sellers, dealerships, registers, databases)<\/li>\r\n
          • financial losses, indirect damage or consequential damage<\/li>\r\n
          • decisions made by the customer or the consequences of those decisions<\/li><\/ul>\r\n
            \r\n

            My experience or expertise does not transfer responsibility for the vehicle\u2019s condition, functionality or commercial outcome to me.<\/p>\r\n

            \r\n\r\n

            7. No guarantee<\/h6>\r\n

            I do not provide a guarantee for:<\/p>\r\n

            • the vehicle\u2019s condition or service life<\/li>\r\n
            • future maintenance or repair costs<\/li>\r\n
            • the vehicle\u2019s resale value<\/li>\r\n
            • the development of market price or demand<\/li><\/ul>\r\n

              All vehicles may develop faults during use, even if they are assessed as sensible or in good condition at the time of purchase.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              \r\n

              8. Payments and refunds<\/h6>\r\n

              A completed or started service is non-refundable, even if the customer:<\/p>\r\n

              • decides not to buy the vehicle<\/li>\r\n
              • changes their mind after the consultation<\/li>\r\n
              • is not satisfied with the commercial outcome<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n

                9. Applicable law and disputes<\/h6>\r\n

                These Terms of Use are governed by Finnish law.<\/p>\r\nAny disagreements will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If a settlement cannot be reached, the matter will be handled by a competent Finnish court.\r\n

                10. Acceptance of the terms<\/h6>\r\n
